• Strategic Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing: Utilize CRM systems to enter, track, and follow up with leads, ensuring timely and effective communication to drive conversions.
• Appointment Setting & Sales Support: Coordinate with energy consultants to schedule qualified appointments, prepare proposals, and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless sales processes.
• Program Administration: Manage accurate data entry into NYSERDA and NYHEAP portals, monitor eligibility requirements, and ensure timely project closes and customer satisfaction.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly review campaign and lead performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Collaborative Growth: Work closely with management to develop new marketing strategies, craft compelling advertising creatives, and identify new opportunities for expansion.$150,000+ annually
